Project Description

Rotary Club of Vision Kathmandu successfully organized a Health Camp Program at Tarkang, Ward No. 4 of Madi Gaupalika, Pokhara, in coordination with Ekata Club Pokhara as part of its humanitarian and community health service initiatives.
The program was conducted with the objective of providing basic healthcare services, health awareness, and medical support to the local community. The event also coincided with the calendar unveiling program organized by Ekata Club.
The health camp was jointly chaired by the President of Rotary Club of Vision Kathmandu, the President of Ekata Club Pokhara, and the Ward Chairperson of Ward No. 4, Mr. Shiva Sapkota. The Ward Chair appreciated the continuous contribution of social organizations in promoting healthcare awareness, community welfare, and social service activities within the region. He also expressed his commitment to providing future support and cooperation for similar community-based initiatives.
During the program, Service Chairs Rtn. Ananda Chaudhary and Rtn. Geeta Sharma Dhakal presented the official report of the health camp and highlighted the successful coordination and implementation of the project. They shared that the camp was conducted with active participation from Rotarians, members of Ekata Club Pokhara, healthcare facilitators, local volunteers, and community representatives.
The health camp was supported by medical professionals including doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff who provided health consultations, basic medical checkups, and awareness services to the local residents. A total of more than 183 local beneficiaries directly received healthcare services and support through the camp.

The Rotary Club of Vision Kathmandu expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to all supporting organizations, healthcare facilitators, volunteers, medical professionals, and community members for their cooperation and contribution in making the health camp successful and impactful.
