Organizing sugar and blood pressure testing programs

27th September 2025, A free sugar and blood pressure testing program has been completed with the aim of increasing community health awareness. Rotary Club of Hetauda, Nepal Heart Disease Prevention Foundation and other organizations jointly organized a health check-up for local residents of different age groups.

The participants in the program had their blood sugar and blood pressure tested and necessary health counseling was also provided. During the test, some people were found to have high blood pressure and sugar problems, so regular health check-ups, balanced diet, exercise and taking medicine as per the doctor's advice were suggested.

Local social workers, health workers and various individuals participated significantly in the program.
