One Day Camp at Mahanagarpalika Autism Centre

Rotary Club of Biratnagar Downtown organized a One Day Rehabilitation & Therapy Camp at the Metropolitan Autism Centre for children enrolled for special care and rehabilitation support. The camp was conducted under the guidance of rehabilitation expert Dr. Anil Kumar from Moradabad, India.

The project aimed to provide professional therapy sessions, physical assessments, rehabilitation guidance, and caregiver support for children with Autism. Individual assessments and therapy sessions were conducted for each child, while reports and practical recommendations were provided to parents and caregivers. Staff members at the centre also received hands-on guidance and practical tips for better rehabilitation practices and daily child care.

The Metropolitan Health Department made a special visit to observe and encourage the initiative. Around 20–30 children along with their parents, caregivers, and centre staff directly benefited from the project.
