Project Description
Joint help project of Rotary Club of Kavre Valley and Rotary E-Club of Namobuddha
“This project aligns with Rotary International’s focus area of Peace & Conflict Prevention/Resolution.”
Recently, the District Traffic Police Office in Banepa faced damage during the Gen Z protests. To show support and help them manage their daily work, our clubs carried out a small support project.
Kitchen wear worth NPR 25,000 was purchased and personally handed over to the office team. This was done to help them with basic daily needs as they rebuild and get back to normal.
Members from both clubs participated and showed solidarity with the traffic police staff. The officers were grateful, and the interaction helped build a positive relationship between the community and the traffic police.
