Project Description
The Rotary E-Club of Namobuddha, Bagmati successfully completed its 12th service project by organizing an Essay Competition at ABM School, Banepa-5, Kavre on Asoj 08, 2081 (Wednesday).
The theme of the program was:
“बालबालिकामा लगानी सुरक्षित भविष्यको थालनी”
(Investing in Children – A Foundation for a Safe Future)
“This project aligns with Rotary International’s focus area of Basic Education and Literacy.”
This event was held with the support of ABM School.
Participation Details
• A total of 17 batuks from Bindhavasani Gurukulam, Khadpu were
present at the event.
• Out of them, 8 batuks participated in the essay competition.
All the participating batuks showed great interest and shared their thoughts on children’s future, education, and overall development.
Prizes Provided
• 1st Prize: NPR 1500
• 2nd Prize: NPR 1000
• 3rd Prize: NPR 500
Additionally, all participants received notebooks, pens, and juice as encouragement.
Teachers, school staff, and the Gurukulam representatives appreciated this initiative. The event helped boost students’ confidence and interest in creative writing.
