Project Description
Rotary Club of Bhaktapur in collaboration with Lions Club of UCEP Nepal successfully organized a Blood Donation Program at Bal Sudhar Griha on 10th November 2025. The program was conducted with the objective of supporting emergency blood requirements and promoting awareness regarding the importance of voluntary blood donation in the community.
The event witnessed active participation from Rotarians, Lions members, youth volunteers, local residents, and social workers who came forward to donate blood for humanitarian purposes. The campaign emphasized the message that a single unit of blood can help save multiple lives during emergencies, surgeries, and medical treatments.
The collaborative initiative reflected the strong commitment of both service organizations toward community welfare and public health support. Health professionals and volunteers managed the donation process smoothly while ensuring donor safety and proper coordination throughout the event.
The program concluded successfully with appreciation to all donors, volunteers, and supporting organizations for their valuable contribution toward saving lives through blood donation.
